and field material.

At Holly Ridge Nursery, we grow Ilex Meservae, Verticillata and over 40 varieties of Ilex Opaca. Many of our plants are difficult to propagate and hard to find.
In addition to our extensive line of plants in the Ilex family, we also carry many cultivars of Azalea, Buxus, Lilac and Viburnum. All of our plants are selected
to be hardy in zones 4-6.

Holly Ridge Nursery is a small, young, progressive nursery which prides itself on personalized service and attention. We are located in Northeast Ohio and are easily
accessed from Interstate 90.

When you call us you will speak to the owner, Paul Hanslik. Visitors are always welcome but we suggest calling first.
We love to talk about our plants, especially our Hollies. We are members of the Holly Society of America, International Plant Propagators Society, Nursery Growers of Lake County Ohio and the Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association. Give us a call for more information and to get our current catalogue.

EBT PROUDLY ACCEPTED
EBT PRODUCE PERKS!

Starting in May of 2012, customers utilizing the Ohio Direction Card at participating famers' markets throughout Cuyahoga County can receive extra money or PRODUCE PERKS (in the form of market-dispensed tokens) towards the purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables.

To receive your PRODUCE PERKS locate the Customer Service booth at any of the 17 participating farmers' market and use your Ohio Direction Card to purchase tokens.

The farmers' market will provide a dollar-for-dollar match (up to $10) in PRODUCE PERKS tokens that can be used to purchase fresh produce from local farmers.

"Produce Perks" will be redeemable at all participating markets and will be available while supplies last.

How does this incentive differ from last year? Last year Ohio Direction Card customers were able to receive an extra $5 for every transaction they made for $5 or more at participating farmers' markets to use on all Ohio Direction Card eligible food items. The 2012 incentive is limited for use on fruits and vegetables only and starts with the first dollar you spend. There is no minimal transaction amount necessary to receive incentive tokens, therefore you can spend $1 and earn another $1.

Live Music: Zach Freidhof, 11:30am-1:30pm

**Music brought to you each week by Tri-C Recording Arts and Technology.

FEATURED RECIPE: Swiss Chard Rolls
1/2 cup Orzo (rice shaped pasta)
1 large bunch Swiss Chard (1.25 pounds)
3 large carrots (1 shredded, 2 diced)
1 medium sized onion (diced)
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 cube chicken bouillon
1T flour
1 1/4 cups half-and-half
Butter, Salt, Dried Marjoram Leaves

1. Cook Orzo or Rice, set aside.
2. Trim stems of chard, removing hard sections. Set aside 8 leaves, trimming the ribs very thinly. Coarsely chop remaining leaves and stems.
3. In a 12" skillet over medium heat, melt 2T butter, then add onions. Sweat for a minute, then add shredded carrots, sauté an additional 2 minutes, then add greens and cook, stirring regularly, until tender, about 10 minutes.
4. Let cool, then mix vegetables in a large bowl with the orzo, 1t salt, 1/2t marjoram and uncooked ground beef or turkey.
5. On the center of each large chard leaf, place 1/8th of the meat mixture. Fold the left and right sides of the leaves around the meat towards the center, then take the side closest to you and roll up into a tight package.
6. In the skillet, add the bouillon and 1 cup hot water and stir until bouillon is dissolved. Place rolls seam-side down in the liquid. Raise heat to high until the braising liquid boils, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
7. When rolls are done, remove with slotted spoon and place in a covered dish. Reserve braising liquid.
8. In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, in 1T butter, cook diced carrots until tender. Whisk in flour, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp marjoram until a roux is formed. Gradually whisk in half-and-half and reserved braising liquid, then cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and is smooth.
9. Put rolls on plates and spoon sauce over rolls. Makes 4 main-dish servings, about 655 calories per serving.
10. Enjoy!
