DFM now selling local grains from Stutzman Farms
We're selling local flours, cornmeal, oats and spelt/wheat berries from Stutzman Farms at the Customer Service table - $3.00 each, all proceeds support DFM.
(Thank you to Fresh Fork Market for supplying us with the local grains!)

Planning your backyard garden for this summer? 
DFM is selling seeds from Ohio Heirloom Seeds at the customer service table each week. We've got a variety of tomatoes, peppers, herbs, lettuces, carrots & more! Seed packets are $3.00 and all proceeds benefit the market. Thanks for your support!

Free Cooking Classes at DFM return in 2013! 
We will kick off our 2013 season of Cleveland Cooks with Downtown Farmers Market onFriday, June 14th with Chef Ricardo Sandoval (Fat Cats, Lava Lounge & Felice Urban Cafe). The cooking classes take place at Old Stone Church at 1:30pm to approx.3:30pm. You'll enjoy a cooking demo by area chefs, share a meal with other cass attendees and take home a bag of fresh produce from the market.
Classes are open to the public and free to attend, but you'll need to RSVP: ashleyshaw@downtownclevelandmarket.org.

Chef Sandoval incorporates local food into his menus whenever possible and is a supporter of Downtown and Tremont Farmers Market vendors. You will find produce from Por Bar Farms, Morningside Farms, and Morning Dew Farms in many of his dishes, along with other local farmers and producers.
