Recipe: Beet Chips

Golden beets from Maggie's Farm
  • 1 bunch of beets - although they're so good I recommend doubling the recipe!
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pink Himilayan Salt from Spicehound
1. Thinly slice beets. Toss with olive oil in a bowl. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip beets and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, until crisp.
3. Remove from oven and top with salt.

4. Cool on wire rack. Enjoy!
Live Music: Shawn Mischak from the band Kid Tested, 11:30am-1:30pm
