Featured Recipe: Pickles
You can pickle anything - It's easy! To make pickles, just slice your cucumbers however you like - or leave whole if you prefer. Then throw them in a glass jar with 1T salt, 1T sugar and equal parts water and white-distilled vinegar. The SPICEHOUND has a delicious pickling blend or make your own. Here are a few of my favorite pickle combinations:

    * Dill: fresh dill, peppercorns
    * Garlic/Dill: fresh dill, garlic cloves, peppercorns
    * Spicy Garlic: fresh dill, red pepper flakes, garlic cloves, peppercorns
